don't forget to catch my 88.888th (or 88.887/89)pageview the person who will catch it, wins a one week feature in my journal (and a llama badge) you have to send me a screenshot in a NOTE that you really caught it !!
at the moment i've got no motivation to take pictures i've got a lot of ideas ..but there are so many other things to do .. the upcoming a-levels for example.. i realy admire people who do a 365 days or 52 weeks project. and i am frustrated when i see all these beautiful pictures on flickr (and deviantart), taken by folks much younger than me. i am wondering if photography is the real thing for me to do in the future..
that should be enough from my personal feelings maybe it's just because of that dark winter blues ^^
I've got the same feeling about photography. But if not a profession, it can always be a hobby! Something you can escape into. I find disconnecting for a while and not looking at other people's work healthy. But it shouldn't be your case, when you take such amazing photos!
Thank you so very much for the feature! I appreciate it
Also, you're wondering if photography is the 'real' thing for you? Don't mind if I do... But, I've been watching you for quite some time now and I really must say I love your style and your capability to create something more than just a snapshot; something with meaning and something worth keeping. Remember that every photographer has their own style; yours is very unique and dreamy. I love that. And also remember that every artists hits dry patches with their motivation, it's just a matter of finding it again, which almost always happens! It's entirely your choice what you do with your life; but just as my own little point, I think you're spectacular with photography and your style is amazing.
and thank you so much for your warm words! i think this is the best compliment i ever received on deviantart, because it gives me some motivation and i wasn't sure if my style is so unique anymore, but if you think so.. thank you a lot, you really made my day
You are most certainly welcome! Really? Heh. Well, it's an honour then I'm glad you found them motivating; I was just being honest. It depends what you consider unique. It's almost impossible to have a 100% unique style for photography because it's so popular, but you've combined different techniques and styles to create something that I do not see very often at all. It's the meaning that I see that makes it so unique, and also the unusual composition/aspects of the images. You are very welcome, Miss. I'm very glad!
